Colorado Water Resources & Power Development Authority
CWR&PDA provides funding to governmental entities for all types of water resource projects including acquisition of water rights, storage, treatment, distribution, transmission, non-point source pollution and storm water. Grant funds and reduced-interest rate loans are also available through the Disadvantaged Communities Small loan programs. The board recently adopted the small Hydropower Loan Program to assist in development of renewable energy projects.

Tri-State G & T is a wholesale electric power supplier owned by the 44 electric cooperatives that it serves. Tri-State generates and transports electricity to its member systems throughout a 250,000 square-mile service territory across Colorado, Nebraska, New Mexico and Wyoming.
